to be able to activate a “University Spin-off” having the following characteristics:

• Legal form: SRL
• Social capital: EURO 10,000
• Company purpose:
  1. Research and development of innovative endoluminal solutions and devices aimed at the endovascular treatment of venous vessel pathologies that cause a delay of the physiological venous outflow towards the heart
  2. Experimentation of devices through studies in animal models and in humans
  3. CE marking of the device
  4. Production and marketing of the device
  5. Disclosure of the device for scientific and commercial purposes
  6. Promote activities and studies aimed at attracting private and public funds for the pursuit of social goals
